Dinner Burgers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger, made into patties
    1/2 c. ketchup
    1/2 c. water
    2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Brown hamburger.
    Remove from pan and brown onion and green pepper in same pan.
    Drain off fat.
    Add ketchup, water and seasonings.
    When mixture begins to simmer, return hamburgers to pan.
    Cover and simmer for 30 minutes.
    Add more water if needed. Remove burger to platter and put sauce over them.
