Dinner Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 to 6 c. flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    2 pkg. yeast
    1 c. milk
    2/3 c. water
    1/4 c. margarine
    2 eggs
Preparation
    In large bowl mix 2 cups flour, sugar, salt and yeast. Combine milk, water and margarine in saucepan; heat until very warm (120\u00b0 to 130\u00b0).
    Gradually add to dry ingredients, beat 2 minutes.
    Stir in additional flour to make stiff dough.
    Turn out; knead 8 to 10 minutes.
    Cover with plastic wrap and then towel. Let rest 20 minutes.
    Punch down; divide.
    Can be put in refrigerator for 2 to 3 days or make rolls and freeze.
