Spinach-And-Onion Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 chopped onions
    2 Tbsp. olive or vegetable oil
    3 c. buttermilk baking mix
    3/4 c. milk
    1 egg, lightly beaten
    1 (10 oz.) bag fresh spinach, rinsed and chopped
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Coat 8-inch round baking pan with nonstick cooking spray.
    Set aside.
    In large skillet, saute onions in oil 5 minutes until very tender.
    Set aside.
