Tangy Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 doz. pork chops
    1/2 c. diced celery
    juice from 1/2 lemon
    3/4 c. brown sugar
    1 can (6 oz.) tomato paste
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Brown chops on both sides.
    In a baking dish, mix all ingredients except chops.
    Place chops on top.
    Cover and bake in oven at 375\u00b0 for one hour or until done, turning chops once after 1/2 hour.
