Clamcakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 c. cottage cheese
1/4 c. sour cream
1 (6 1/2 oz.) can minced clams with juice
2/3 c. flour
1 Tbsp. oil
1/3 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. monosodium glutamate
Preparation

Add
all
ingredients to the beaten eggs.
Mixture will be runny.
Pour
onto\tgriddle
until\tbrown.\tMakes 36 dollar size cakes.
Serve with a dollop of sour cream.
