Sausage And Egg Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 eggs
1 Tbsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 c. milk
1 c. grated Cheddar
1 lb. browned sausage
7 slices torn white bread (without crusts)
Preparation

Beat eggs; add mustard, salt, 1/8 teaspoon pepper and milk. Layer in a long Pyrex dish as follows:
bread, sausage, cheese and egg mixture.
For best results, allow to set in refrigerator overnight.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
