Mushrooms And Wild Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced thick
    dash of lemon juice
    1/2 stick butter
    salt and pepper
    1 c. sour cream
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1 pkg. long grain and wild rice, cooked according to pkg.
Preparation
    Sprinkle sliced mushrooms with lemon juice, then saute in butter until just tender (do not brown).
    Season with salt and pepper.
    Stir in sour cream; add nutmeg.
    Form prepared rice into a ring on a plate.
    Serve mushroom mixture inside ring.
    Best if served immediately.
