Pumpkin Loaves - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. ground cloves
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
2/3 c. salad oil
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 c. walnuts (optional)
Preparation

In a large bowl, mix the flour and the next 7 ingredients together with fork; blend.
Combine with remaining ingredients. Bake in 2 well-greased 9 x 5-inch loaf pans at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour. Cool in pans on wire rack for 10 minutes.
Remove from pans; cool completely.
Store at room temperature.
