Stir-Fried Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium carrots
    1 medium onion
    1 small bunch broccoli
    2 Tbsp. salad oil
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
Preparation
    Cut carrots into thin pieces.
    Thinly slice onion.
    Cut broccoli into 2 x 1/2-inch pieces.
