Caramel Frosting For Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. margarine
    1 c. dark brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. water
    3 Tbsp. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 1/4 c. 10x sugar
Preparation
    Mix
    butter,
    sugar
    and water in saucepan.
    Place over low heat; stir constantly until mixture comes to a boil.
    Boil hard for
    1 minute; remove from heat.
    Stir in milk and vanilla. Gradually
    add 10x sugar, beating until smooth after each addition.
    Cool
    to spreading consistency.\tMakes enough for 2 layers or 1 (9 x 13-inch) pan.
