Deviled Crabs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 to 12 crab shells
1 (16 oz.) can crab meat
4 hard-boiled eggs
1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. mustard
1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 c. milk
2 Tbsp. flour
2 Tbsp. butter
1 c. bread crumbs
Preparation

Chop hard-boiled eggs,\tmix with crab meat, add rest of ingredients and 1/2
cup
of bread crumbs to mixture, save 1/2 for topping, place flour, milk and butter in small saucepan to make cream sauce,
mix
with
crab meat and other ingredients. Fill crab shells,
sprinkle with small amount of bread crumbs. Bake in 350\u00b0 oven until topping is brown.
