Pineapple Carrot Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1/2 c. grated carrots
    18 oz. can crushed pineapple, undrained
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. bite size bran squares
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease and lightly flour an 8 1/2 x 4-inch loaf pan.
    Combine the eggs, oil, carrot, pineapple, vanilla, sugar and cereal in a large bowl.
    Let stand 10 minutes.
