Crab Mornay En Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. rich cream sauce
    2 c. fresh cooked crabmeat
    2 tsp. sherry wine
    4 slices American cheese
    paprika as desired
    melted butter as required
Preparation
    Into individual casseroles, pour 1/2 cup cream sauce to which wine has been added.
    Add layer of 1/2 cup crabmeat and top with a slice of cheese.
    Sprinkle each casserole with paprika and butter. Bake in moderate oven (350\u00b0) for 10 minutes and serve hot. Serves 4.
