Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. diced cooked chicken
    1 c. diced celery
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    3 Tbsp. minced onion
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 can water chestnuts, slivered (optional)
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients together.
    Mix well.
    Place in casserole and cover with crumbled potato chips.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 20 minutes.
    I usually put some slivered almonds on top.
