Smoked Trout - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. Morton's Tender Quick
6 trout, cleaned with heads on
Preparation

Soak trout in Tender Quick solution 8 to 12 hours.
Rinse thoroughly.
Place trout on smoker and smoke for 3 hours or until done (fish will flake easily).
Debone and serve with cream cheese and Ritz crackers.
