Little Cheesecakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 can cherry pie filling (or any fruit flavor)
    24 vanilla wafers
Preparation
    Line cupcake pans with 24 cupcake liners.
    Put a wafer in each.
    Beat cream cheese, sugar, eggs, lemon juice and vanilla. Fill cups 2/3 full.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
    Chill. Top each with pie filling.
