Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bunch broccoli
    1 stick butter
    1 onion, chopped
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    8 oz. Velveeta cheese
    1 c. rice
    1 can sliced water chestnuts (optional)
Preparation
    Cook broccoli until tender.
    Cook rice and drain well.
    Melt butter in skillet and add onion, soup and cheese; stir until cheese melts.
    Mix all ingredients together and put in casserole dish.
    Place in oven at 350\u00b0 until lightly browned on top.
