Grandma Barb'S Homemade Noodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg, beaten
    2 Tbsp. milk or cream
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. flour
Preparation
    In a bowl, combine egg, salt and milk.
    Add enough flour to a make a stiff dough. Roll out very thin on floured board.
    Let stand for 20 minutes. Slice in thin strips about 1/8-inch thick (a pizza cutter works great for this).
    Spread out and let dry for about 2 hours.
    Drop into boiling soup or boiling water.
    Cook 10 minutes.
    Makes 3 cups of noodles.
