Gold Coast Banana Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 yellow cake mix
1/8 tsp. baking soda
1 c. mashed bananas
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Prepare yellow cake mix as directed, except stir baking soda into mixture before adding liquid and eggs.
Use 1/4 cup less water and add 1 cup mashed bananas.
Fold 1/2 cup chopped nuts into batter.
Pour into greased and floured pan.
Bake 40 to 45 minutes.
