Holiday Ham Loaf(Kathlyn Claudia Dumont Oswalt Hollopeter, Kettering, Ohio) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground veal
    1 lb. ground ham
    1 c. bread crumbs
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    3 Tbsp. minced green peppers
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/4 c. ketchup
    1/2 can Campbell's tomato soup
    3 Tbsp. minced onion
Preparation
    Combine ingredients in order, mixing thoroughly.
    Pack ham loaf firmly into a greased 9 x 4-inch loaf pan.
    Bake in a moderate oven (350\u00b0) for 1 hour.
    Pour off juices, loosen edges and invert onto platter.
    After pouring off juice, cool at least 15 minutes before removing from pan.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
