Apple Crisp - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. flour
1 c. rolled oats
1 c. packed brown sugar
1/2 c. butter
1 3/4 lb. baking apples (5 medium apples), chopped
1 c. white sugar
1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Crisp Crumbs:
Combine 1 cup flour, rolled oats, brown sugar and butter; mix with a pastry cutter or fork to get the crumb texture just right.
Set aside while you prepare the apples and spices.
