Pork Chop Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 to 6 pork chops
    6 to 7 medium potatoes
    1 medium onion
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    8 oz. sour cream
Preparation
    Slice potatoes in thin wafer slices.
    Slice onion this thin and separate into rings.
    Mix together the mushroom soup and sour cream.
    In casserole dish, layer pork chops, onion and potato mixture and soup mixture.
    Salt and pepper each layer to taste. Bake at 375\u00b0 about 1 1/2 hours or until potatoes are tender.
