Egg Foo Yong - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium green pepper, chopped
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/4 c. Wesson oil
    1 c. cooked shrimp
    1 can sliced water chestnuts
    1 c. bean sprouts, drained
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
    5 eggs
Preparation
    Cook green pepper and onion in oil until tender.
    Add shrimp, water chestnuts, bean sprouts and soy sauce.
    Remove from heat. Beat eggs until well mixed.
    Pour over vegetable and shrimp mixture.
    Cover and cook over low heat, without stirring, for about 20 minutes, until eggs are done.
