Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

3 eggs
1 c. oil
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. granulated sugar
2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
3 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. grated zucchini
3 tsp. vanilla
1 c. nuts
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grate zucchini finely and drain. Combine in a large bowl the eggs, oil and sugars.
Sift together and add gradually to egg mixture 2 cups flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon.
Then add to egg and flour mixture the grated, drained zucchini, vanilla and chopped nuts.
Grease and flour the loaf pans.
Bake for 45 minutes.
Makes 2 loaves.
