Nutty Honey Drumsticks - cooking recipe

Ingredients

8 chicken drumsticks
2 Tbsp. unsalted margarine
1/8 c. honey
1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
1/4 c. bread crumbs
1/4 c. finely chopped pecans
salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Arrange chicken on foiled baking sheet.
Melt butter; stir in honey and mustard and simmer, stirring for 5 minutes.
Brush honey mixture generously on chicken.
Combine crumbs and pecans and sprinkle over chicken. Bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 50 to 60 minutes.
