Potato Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 or 6 large cut potatoes
1/2 c. sweet relish
1 jar pimentos
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 c. salad dressing (plain mayonnaise)
1 tsp. mustard
1 tsp. sugar
2 boiled eggs
Preparation
-
Boil chopped potatoes until they are soft.
Combine mayonnaise, relish, pimentos and chopped eggs.
Begin mixing.
Add sugar, salt and pepper to taste.
Ready to eat or can be refrigerated until ready to serve.
