1 pkg. devil's food cake mix
1 pkg. (4 serving) instant fudge pudding mix
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. cooking oil
1/2 c. black coffee
1/2 c. dark rum
4 eggs
2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
