Coconut Cream Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 stick butter
    2 egg yolks (save whites)
    1 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 small pkg. frozen coconut
    1 Tbsp. vanilla or coconut flavoring
Preparation
    Mix flour, cornstarch and sugar together.
    Put milk over double boiler.
    Add flour mixture and egg yolks.
    Cook until thick. Remove from heat.
    Add butter, flavoring and coconut.
    Pour into pie shell (graham cracker or baked shell).
    Beat egg whites and extra sugar.
    Pour onto pie.
