Chicken Enchiladas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. corn or flour tortillas
1 chicken
4 bouillon cubes or 2 cans chicken broth
about 1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese
Preparation

Boil chicken in bouillon cubes or canned chicken broth.
Grate Monterey Jack cheese.
Dip tortillas in broth to soften, then add chicken, chopped onion and broth to each tortilla.
Roll up and put in baking dish, seam side down.
