Olive-Cheese Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. shredded sharp natural Cheddar cheese
    1 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 c. butter or margarine, melted
    about 36 pimiento-stuffed small olives, drained
Preparation
    Mix cheese and flour.
    Add butter and mix thoroughly.
    (If dough seems dry, work with hands.)
    Mold 1 teaspoon of dough around each olive; shape into ball.
    Place 2 inches apart on ungreased baking sheet.
    Cover; chill at least 1 hour.
    Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Bake 15 to 20 minutes.
    Makes 3 to 4 dozen appetizers.
