Molded Vegetable Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 6-oz. pkg. lime jell-o
1/4 tsp. salt, optional
1-1/2 c. boiling water
3 Tbsp. vinegar
3/4 c. cold water
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped tomato
1 c. thinly shredded lettuce
3/4 c. thinly sliced radishes
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
4 Tbsp. grated onion
Dash pepper
Preparation
-
Dissolve jell-o and salt in boiling water.
Add cold water and vinegar; chill until partially set.
Fold in remaining ingredients.
Pour into 4 c. mold that has been lightly coated with non-stick spray.
Chill until firm.
Serves 8.
