Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 (4 oz.) pkg. Blue cheese, crumbled
1/3 c. finely chopped onion
2/3 c. finely chopped green pepper
Preparation

Mix well and shape into ball.
Roll ball in parsley flakes, chopped fresh parsley, finely chopped nuts or paprika.
Serve with assorted crackers.
