Double Chocolate Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. (2 sticks) butter, softened
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. plain flour
    2/3 c. Hershey's cocoa powder
    3/4 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 c. (12 oz.) chocolate chip morsels
    1/2 c. chopped nuts (optional)
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In large bowl, beat butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla until light and fluffy.
    Stir together flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt; add to butter mixture.
    Stir in chocolate morsels and nuts.
    Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet.
    Bake 8 to 10 minutes or just until set.
    Cool slightly and remove from cookie sheet to wire rack.
    Cool completely.
    Makes 4 1/2 dozen.
