Cherry Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    2 to 2 1/2 c. sugar
    1/3 c. shortening
    dash of salt
    3 c. milk
    4 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. vanilla
    cherries
Preparation
    Mix first three ingredients real well.
    Add rest of ingredients into the first three ingredients.
    Add cherries in last.
    Mix by hand.
    Grease and flour bottom of pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
