Frozen Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium cabbage, shredded
    1 carrot, grated
    1 bell pepper, chopped fine
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. vinegar
    1/4 c. water
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. celery seed
    1 tsp. whole mustard seed
Preparation
    Mix and boil for 1 minute.
    Let cool; pour over cabbage.
    Put in container to freeze.
    Does not turn dark.
