Sausage And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. sausage
1 onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 c. quick-cooking rice
1 c. grated sharp cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup (as is)
1 can cream of mushroom soup (as is)
Preparation

In microwave, cook sausage 4 minutes, stirring halfway through cooking time.
Break into pieces and drain well.
Add other ingredients and stir well.
Cook on full power for 14 minutes, stirring halfway through.
