Sour Cream Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 potatoes, diced and cooked
    1 small onion chopped
    1/4 cup butter
    2 Tsp. dry parsley
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 pint sour cream
    Grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Saute the onion in butter, add parsley, cook slowly, add sale and pour over potatoes in a casserole dish.
    Mix in the sour cream lightly and top with the cheese.
    Cover and bake at 350 degrees until it bubbles or the cheese is melted.
