Cracklin' Bread(From The Kitchen Of Mom Beatrice Taylor.) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 c. buttermilk
    2 lb. self-rising cornmeal (yellow or white)
    1/4 c. Wesson oil
    1 tsp. sugar
    2 tsp. apple cider vinegar
    1 pack cracklin'
    3 Tbsp. self-rising flour
Preparation
    Mix ingredients well.
    Pour in greased pan. Bake at 250\u00b0 for about 10 minutes. Turn oven up to 275\u00b0 and cook until brown.
