Seafood Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. crab meat or imitation
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
4 oz. drained or fresh bean sprouts
4 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1/2 small onion, chopped fine
Preparation

Break meat into small pieces in a medium sized bowl.
Add all other ingredients and toss.
Serve with crackers, as a sandwich or eat plain.
