Ingredients

1/2 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. vinegar
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
cooked, drained beets
Preparation

Combine all ingredients except beets in saucepan.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until thickened.
Add beets. Cook on low until beets are heated through.
