Baked Stuffed Shrimp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. raw shrimp 26-30 count
    3/4 stick butter
    1 roll crackers
    Sprinkling of bread crumbs
    Handful fresh chopped parsley
    1 med. clove garlic minced
    1 small onion chopped
Preparation
    Peel shrimp. Fry garlic and onion. Do not let it brown. Turn off heat, add parsley crackers and crumbs. If consistency is dry add a little water.
    Bake shrimp 15 -20 minutes at 400\u00b0 until pink.
    Lay shrimp on pan individually and spread crumb mixture on top.
