Ham Florentine Wreath - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. crescent rolls
    8 oz. thick-sliced deli ham, diced
    1/4 c. green onion, finely chopped
    5 oz. Swiss cheese, grated
    10 oz. pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    2 plum tomatoes, sliced
    1 egg, separated
    1/4 c. almonds, chopped
Preparation
    Open crescent rolls and roll out flat. Cut into triangles. Arrange triangles to make a double ring or wreath. One package of triangles will have points facing inward. The other package will have points facing out.
