Marsha'S Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 eggs (room temperature)
    2 c. (1 pt.) sour cream (room temperature)
    4 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (room temperature)
    1 stick (1/4 lb.) unsalted butter (room temperature)
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 tsp. grated lemon zest
    1 tsp. fresh lemon juice
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 300\u00b0.
    Generously butter a 10-inch spring-form pan.
    Wrap a double layer of heavy-duty aluminum foil tightly around the bottom and sides of the pan, crimping and pleating the foil so that it conforms to the shape of the pan. Fold the top edge of foil down so that it is even with the top edge of the pan.
