Peppery Lamb - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. boneless lamb
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    2 tsp. cornstarch
    2 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1 clove garlic
    6 green onions
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    hot rice
Preparation
    Cut boneless lamb in cubes.
    Saute in wok at 375\u00b0.
    Add soy sauce and cornstarch.
    Mix well.
    Add clove or grated garlic, onions and pepper.
    Simmer for 5 minutes.
    Serve over rice.
