Peppery Lamb - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. boneless lamb
1/4 c. soy sauce
2 tsp. cornstarch
2 Tbsp. cooking oil
1 clove garlic
6 green onions
1/2 tsp. pepper
hot rice
Preparation
-
Cut boneless lamb in cubes.
Saute in wok at 375\u00b0.
Add soy sauce and cornstarch.
Mix well.
Add clove or grated garlic, onions and pepper.
Simmer for 5 minutes.
Serve over rice.
