Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced
6 slices American cheese, chopped
1 medium onion, thinly sliced
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 large can evaporated milk
Preparation

Butter a large casserole dish and place first layer of potatoes sliced and then layer of cheese and onions.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Repeat layers and pour milk over all.
Bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0 until potatoes are tender.
