Microwave Peanut Brittle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. light syrup (1/2 tsp. if using unsalted nuts)
    1 c. dry roasted nuts
    1 tsp. butter
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Using a 1 1/2-quart casserole dish, mix together sugar and syrup.
    Microwave 3 1/2 to 4 minutes on High.
    Stir in 1 cup peanuts.
    Microwave 3 1/2 to 4 minutes or until light brown.
    Add butter and vanilla; stir until blended.
    Microwave 1 1/2 minutes. Add soda; stir until light and foamy.
    Pour on greased (butter) cookie sheet.
    Put in freezer 10 minutes, then break into pieces.
