Mock Liver Knishes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 loaf white bread
1/2 lb. chopped liver
3 eggs
salt
pepper
3 Tbsp. water
oil
Preparation
-
Trim crusts from bread and flatten with a rolling pin.
Spread each slice of bread with the chopped liver and top with another slice of bread to form a sandwich.
Cut each sandwich diagonally into triangles.
