Sour Cream Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. finely chopped walnuts
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 1/4 c. unsifted all-purpose flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1/3 c. butter, softened
1/3 c. vegetable oil
2 large eggs
1 c. light or nonfat sour cream
2 tsp. vanilla extract

Preparation

In a small bowl, combine walnuts, cinnamon and 1/2 cup of sugar until well mixed.
Set aside.
