Egg Yolk Pastry - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 c. sifted flour
4 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 c. shortening
2 egg yolks
water
Preparation

Combine dry ingredients; cut in shortening.
Place egg yolks in cup and stir with fork.
Stir in enough cold water to fill cup. Toss with fork to make a soft dough.
Makes three 2 crust pies.
