Cheese And Pineapple Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (20 oz.) cans chunk pineapple
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. Ritz crackers
    6 Tbsp. self-rising flour
    2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
Preparation
    Drain pineapple (keep 6 tablespoons juice).
    Mix sugar and flour slowly.
    Stir in pineapple juice.
    Add cheese and pineapple chunks, mixing well.
    Put into a 2-quart dish.
    Combine butter and crackers.
    Sprinkle on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
